What I plan to do\actually did Today

What the title says. =D Just tell everyone your plans and how they worked out! Either option is fine if you don't feel like doing the whole shebang. It's kinda quiet around here, but maybe this will help a little (that's the plan, anyways).

So yeah!

DARLING RU'S PLANS TODAY:

--Drink coffee to recover from staying up until 5 last night (it was a good book, I couldn't put it down!)
--De-pile-er-ize the pile of clothes on my bedroom floor
--Remake my bed
--Knit
--Write
--Celebrate US's independence with the fam with a barbecue (I always spell that wrong)
--Read library books
--Sing Labyrinth songs as I do most-of-the-above

Oh this'll be a good one.

Darling Gin's plans for July 4th (I want to be 'darling' too!)
- Sleep until noon
- Work on my fanart contest entry
- Work on my new fanfic
- Research new contests
- Get my letter to my penpal done before I get online.
- Exercise
- Be all anti-social and stay in my room, only emerging to cook and eat dinner.


What darling Gin did on July 4th
- Was awakened at 10 AM
- Stayed downstairs in the kitchen, cooking and talking to Suu. All. Day.
- Killing ants, which invaded my kitchen cabinet, successfully getting into a large box of brownie mix... I discovered this as I went to go bake some damn brownies.
- Made brownies from scratch


Lovely how my days is nothing like I planned it. I guess I have time to still do some things between now and midnight. D:

DARLING RU'S ACTUAL DAY:

--Drink coffee to recover from staying up until 5 last night (it was a good book, I couldn't put it down!) -check!
--De-pile-er-ize the pile of clothes on my bedroom floor. -Done with much reluctance
--Remake my bed -it's still missing the coverlet, which went in the wash because it was covered in dog hair.
--Knit -I did a few rows... >__>;;
--Write -Didn't happen
--Celebrate US's independence with the fam with a barbecue (I always spell that wrong) -Ate potato salad! Yum!
--Read library books -Maybe later?
--Sing Labyrinth songs as I do most-of-the-above -I think I sang one song...
--Cut up strawberries while listening to Wolf's Rain OST -We didn't have any movies that I felt like watching, and as usual, nothing was on TV.
--Played piano and violin, and strained my fingers on guitar -I was apparently in a musical mood today.
--Go to bed early(er) -still pondering this.

So yeah. ALMOST to the letter. ^__^;;

My Day today,

- Played Halo 3 for many hours.
